Three new stained glass windows! If you'd like to see all these in person, they will be together for only a little while longer at my studio. You can view them during the Galleria event at the Sanchez Art Center this coming weekend. After that they will go to their new homes. I'll post a few pictures more pictures of this one soon. Stained glass is difficult to photograph; it constantly changes with the light and background. It looks best once it is installed into a building.

Summer is here, and I can play with my colored pencils at breakfast time. I like to make these small sketches of mandalas. Also, I'm thinking about making a stained glass rose window. This would be a challenging window to make because each piece would need to be painted and fired in the kiln. I think it could make an awesome window, though.

I made a poster/flyer inspired by the brave efforts of CCSF students, faculty and staff to fight the forces of austerity and privatization.
